More About This Coffee:
Grown and produced by the indigenous Arhuaco tribe of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The ANEI cooperative is made up of over 700 families in the region dedicated to caring for sacred land and one another, and committed to education and supporting women owned farmers.
This coffee is fair trade and organic. The cherry was pulped in hand-cranked machines and beans were washed, fermented for approximately 18 hours and then dried on raised beds in the sun and in small solar greenhouses.
